This refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refund requests for our software products and SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions, including Hiring Copilots and other AI-powered solutions offered through the Platform.
Subscription Plans
Our services are offered on a subscription basis with the following billing options:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on a monthly basis
- Annual Subscriptions: Billed annually with discounted rates
- Custom Enterprise Plans: Custom billing arrangements
Free Trial Period
1 Month Free Trial
We offer a 1-month free trial for new users with the following conditions:
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Full access to features during the trial period
- Trial can be cancelled anytime without charges
- After trial ends, subscription will begin only if you actively subscribe
- One free trial per customer/organization
Cancellation Policy
During Free Trial
You may cancel your trial at any time during the free trial period with no charges. Simply contact our support team or cancel through your account dashboard.
After Subscription Starts
Cancellations for paid subscriptions are subject to the following terms:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Can be cancelled anytime. No refund for remaining months, but access continues until subscription end date.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions:
- Applies to first-time subscribers only
- Request must be made within 7 days of initial payment
- Full refund of the subscription fee
- Account will be immediately deactivated upon refund
- Must provide a reason for refund (helps us improve our service)
Service Outages or Technical Issues
In case of significant service disruption caused by us:
- Refunds or service credits may be provided on a case-by-case basis
- Must be reported within 7 days of the issue
- We will investigate and determine appropriate compensation
- Compensation typically provided as service credits or partial refunds
Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
- Annual subscriptions after the first 7 days (cancellation allowed, but no refund for unused months)
- Custom development work or consulting services (unless service was not delivered)
- Add-on services or features purchased separately
- Overage charges for exceeding plan limits
- Domain registrations or third-party services
- Setup fees or onboarding charges
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team at care@teroxrnd.in
- Provide your account details and reason for refund
- Include your order/transaction ID
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Subscription Modifications
Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades:
- Can be done at any time
- Prorated credit applied for remaining time on current plan
- New plan charges apply immediately
Downgrades:
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- No refund for the difference in the current billing period
- Access to premium features continues until downgrade takes effect
Early Bird Offer Terms
Important: Customers who subscribe during our Early Bird promotion lock in their special pricing as long as their subscription remains active. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, regular pricing will apply.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge
- Provide transaction details and reason for dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If error is confirmed, we will issue appropriate refund or credit
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period:
- You will be charged automatically unless you cancel
- Email reminder sent 7 days before renewal
- You can disable auto-renewal in account settings
- No refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions after the charge
Data Retention After Cancellation
Upon subscription cancellation:
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export your data during this period
- After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted
- Re-activation within 30 days restores full access to your data
Enterprise and Custom Plans
For Enterprise and Custom subscription plans:
- Specific terms outlined in your service agreement
- Custom cancellation and refund policies may apply
- Contact your dedicated account manager for modifications
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs) include specific refund provisions
Force Majeure
TEROX RND AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES P L shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, or other force majeure events.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
